Start off the New Year by writing YOUR OWN VERSION of the first ever chapter in the Children's Chapter Chain - all you have to do is write the first chapter of a your story starting with:
"It wasn't me, really it wasn't, but how on earth do I tell them without them finding out the truth"
The chapter receiving the most public votes will be published in the final book. Then the competition will open again for everyone to have a go at writing the second chapter - however the story must follow on from the winning chapter one.
